Jay Soda

I have known Jay for like forever! He’s an artist and graphic designer by training, but over the years has morphed into an art director, website designer, brand manager, occasional snowboarder and old-guy Ultimate player. A great friend of Sinister Hand Guitars, Jay pushed me to think about things that I didn’t even want to consider while getting this biz off the ground. He continues to push. He’s a pusher - and the Sinister Hand is all the better for it! He even designed our logo and some of the SHG merch! Jay has his own design business, where he’s the chef AND the main “people person.”

Chris Vanderhoof

Entrepreneur, Artist, Designer, Music Lover, Frisbee Slinger, Mountain Enthusiast, DC Punk, Provocateur. Chris is a jack-of-all-trades and an all-around cool cat (even though he’s more of a dog guy). He has been instrumental in helping to get SHG off the ground - in so many ways. For one, he was a driving force in the design & build of this website. Apex Music Academy

Tyler and Matt are music aficionados, multi-instrumentalists, and business partners in Apex Music Academy here in Denver. Not only do they own and run the business, but both also teach. Not enough hustle for ya? Each of them are also accomplished musicians on their own! We somehow managed to strong-arm them into helping the Sinister Hand with some video-content creation and we’ll keep pumping out “Riffage” videos and other stuff until Matt runs out of riffs or we get bundles of C&D letters - whichever comes first!
